Height –

➼ Male Candidates – 170 cms.
➼ Female Candidates – 157 cms.

Chest –

➼ Male Candidates Only {Un-Expanded} – 80 cms.
➼ Expanded – Min. expansion 5 cms.

Weight –

➼ Male & Female – Proportionate to the height & age as per the medical standards.

Race –

➸ Male – 5 Kilometer in 24 Minutes
➸ Female – 1.6 Kilometer in 8:30 Minutes

Race – { For Ladakh Region } 

➸ Male – 5 Mile in 6:30 Minutes
➸ Female – 800 Meter in 4 Minutes
