IB ACIO Syllabus 2020 for Tier 2

Tier II is a descriptive test that assesses a candidate's knowledge regarding English Language and writing skills. Candidates must check their grammar, vocabulary and general awareness. Questions are given Precis, Comprehension and Essay Writing in this paper. For Essay writing, candidates must check for emergency trends in India, security threats in India and cultural diversity of India.

IB ACIO Exam Pattern

IB ACIO exam pattern is different for different stages. The Tier I of IB ACIO exam is an objective test. Each section of the test carries 25 marks. The total mark of the test is 100. The total duration of the exam is 60 minutes. For the correct answer, one mark will be awarded to candidates. For wrong answers, ¼ marks will be deducted. Tier 2 comprises conventional type questions. The total marks of the exam are 50 and are conducted for 60 minutes. The Interview carries total 100 marks.
